We utilize a professional fulfillment network—combining Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) for our core items and direct brand partnerships—to ensure your orders are handled with world-class speed, tracking, and care.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer simple shipping options for all mainland United Kingdom orders, categorized by product type:

  • Running Vests:

    • Standard Shipping (3–4 Calendar Days): FREE

    • Expedited Shipping (1–2 Calendar Days): £4.99

  • Enertor Insoles:

    • Standard Shipping (3–4 Calendar Days): FREE

    • Expedited Shipping (1–2 Calendar Days): £5.04

  • Socks (Partner Fulfilled):

    • Standard Shipping (3–5 Working Days): £2.99

    • Express Shipping / Tracked (2–3 Working Days): £4.99

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times:

  • Cut-Off Time & Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed and dispatched the exact same day. For orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on UK Bank Holidays, dispatch will normally take place the following working day.

  • Delivery Schedules: Once your package has been successfully dispatched, deliveries take place seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Couriers do not execute deliveries on official UK Bank Holidays; any orders falling on these dates will arrive on the next available delivery day.

2. Multi-Warehouse Fulfillment & Partner Products To bring you an expanded ecosystem of premium running gear, items on runwithfreedom.com ship from specific fulfillment hubs:

  • Run With Freedom® Core Gear & Insoles (Running Vests and Enertor Insoles): Securely stored and dispatched using a premium professional fulfillment network managed by Amazon. Your running vests and insoles will arrive in high-quality, plain packaging to protect your unboxing experience, though your delivery courier or tracking details may reference Amazon Logistics.

  • Partner Brand Products (Socks): Dispatched directly to you from our verified brand partner warehouses across the UK.

Important Note on Split Deliveries: If your order contains a combination of core items and partner brand products, your order may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers. You will not incur any additional shipping charges for multi-package deliveries.

3. Order Tracking As each item in your order is dispatched from its respective fulfillment node, you will automatically receive shipping confirmation email(s) containing unique carrier tracking numbers and direct links to monitor your packages in real-time.

4. Delivery Areas Currently, we ship exclusively to physical residential and business addresses within mainland United Kingdom. Due to courier constraints across our logistics network, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or international destinations at this time.

5. Missing, Damaged, or Split Shipment Issues In the unlikely event that part of your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at info@runwithfreedom.com. We will liaise directly with our logistics network and brand partners to resolve the issue swiftly and ensure you get your replacement gear or refund without delay.
