We utilize a hybrid fulfillment network—combining Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) for our core line and direct brand partnerships—to ensure your orders are handled with world-class speed, tracking, and care.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer two straightforward shipping options for all mainland United Kingdom orders:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE (3–5 Calendar Days)

  • Expedited Shipping: £1.99 (1–2 Calendar Days)

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times:

  • Cut-Off Time & Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed and dispatched the exact same day. For orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on UK Bank Holidays, dispatch will normally take place the following working day. Please allow up to 24 hours from your order date for processing and dispatch if buying after the 2:00 PM cut-off.

  • Delivery Schedules: Once your package has been successfully dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the assigned carrier. Deliveries via the Amazon Logistics network take place seven days a week. Orders routed through partner carriers like Royal Mail or DPD deliver Monday through Saturday. Couriers do not execute deliveries on official UK Bank Holidays; any orders falling on these dates will arrive on the next available standard delivery day.

2. Multi-Warehouse Fulfillment & Partner Products

To bring you an expanded ecosystem of premium running gear, items on runwithfreedom.com ship from specific fulfillment hubs:

  • Run With Freedom® Core Gear (e.g., Challenger Hydration Vest): Securely stored and dispatched from an Amazon UK Warehouse using our dedicated MCF inventory framework.

  • Partner Brand Products (e.g., Insoles, Apparel, Accessories): Dispatched directly to you from our verified brand partner warehouses across the UK.

Important Note on Split Deliveries: If your order contains a combination of Run With Freedom® core gear and partner brand products, your order may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers. You will not incur any additional shipping charges for multi-package deliveries.

3. Fulfillment Framework & Packaging

  • Authentic Dedicated Inventory: When purchasing from our website, you are buying genuine products directly through Ecom Essence Ltd.

  • Dynamic Carrier Routing: Depending on item location and delivery address, shipments are handled by top-tier carriers including Amazon Logistics, Royal Mail, or DPD.

  • Packaging: Core products dispatched via MCF may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging if plain box alternatives are unavailable at the fulfillment node. Partner brand products will arrive in standard branded or eco-friendly merchant packaging.

4. Order Tracking

As each item in your order is dispatched from its respective fulfillment node, you will automatically receive shipping confirmation email(s) containing unique carrier tracking numbers and direct links to monitor your packages in real-time.

5. Delivery Areas

Currently, we ship exclusively to physical residential and business addresses within the United Kingdom. Due to courier constraints across our logistics network, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or international destinations at this time.

6. Missing, Damaged, or Split Shipment Issues

In the unlikely event that part of your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at info@runwithfreedom.com. We will liaise directly with our logistics network and brand partners to resolve the issue swiftly and ensure you get your replacement gear or refund without delay.
