At Run With Freedom®, we are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We partner with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) to ensure your orders are handled with world-class speed, tracking, and care.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer two straightforward shipping options for all mainland United Kingdom orders:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE (3–5 Calendar Days)

  • Expedited Shipping: £3.99 (1–2 Calendar Days)

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times:

  • Cut-Off Time & Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed and dispatched the exact same day. For orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on UK Bank Holidays, dispatch will normally take place the following working day. However, on occasion, same-day dispatch may still occur. Please allow up to 24 hours from your order date for processing and dispatch if buying after the 2:00 PM cut-off.

  • Delivery Schedules: Once your package has been successfully dispatched from the fulfillment center, delivery timelines depend on the carrier assigned to your route. Orders delivered via the Amazon Logistics network take place seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Orders routed through partner carriers like Royal Mail deliver Monday through Saturday. Please note that couriers do not execute deliveries on official UK Bank Holidays; any orders falling on these dates will arrive on the next available standard delivery day.

2. Fulfillment by Amazon (MCF Framework) & Carrier Selection

To provide the fastest possible domestic service, your Challenger Hydration Running Vest is securely stored and dispatched from an Amazon UK Warehouse. To get your gear to you as quickly as possible, we store our dedicated inventory directly within Amazon's fulfillment infrastructure and utilize their logistics network to pick, pack, and transport your orders.

Please note that this is our own dedicated stock and entirely independent of Amazon's retail inventory; when purchasing from our website, you are buying a 100% genuine Run With Freedom® product directly from Ecom Essence Ltd (Run With Freedom).

What this logistics partnership means for you:

  • Dynamic Routing: While your order is dispatched from an Amazon facility, it may be delivered by Amazon Logistics or passed to trusted partner couriers such as Royal Mail (using Royal Mail 24 or 48 services). Depending on your delivery address and the local delivery routes available, we will always automatically select the most appropriate, fastest service available on the day your package is dispatched.

  • Professional Fulfillment: Your purchase will be picked, packed, and securely labeled by Amazon’s professional logistics team.

  • Packaging: Your package may arrive at your address in Amazon-branded packaging if plain box alternatives are low at the fulfillment node. Rest assured, this is an authentic product dispatched directly from our store inventory.

  • Reliable Tracking: Regardless of the carrier used, you benefit from highly accurate, reliable transit milestones and robust tracking systems.

Authenticity & Authorised Sellers Note: Please note that outside of this official brand storefront, we also retail our inventory on the Amazon platform via the Amazon Prime programme. We have not, and do not, authorise any third-party merchants to resell our products anywhere else online. If the marketplace seller name is not explicitly listed as Ecom Essence Ltd or Run With Freedom, it is not an authentic product. Please remain vigilant against counterfeits.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from the fulfillment node, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique carrier tracking number and a direct link to track your package's journey in real-time.

4. Delivery Areas

Currently, we ship exclusively to physical residential and business addresses within the United Kingdom. Due to courier constraints within our fulfillment network, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or international destinations at this time.

5. Missing or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives with visible structural damage, please contact our support team immediately at info@runwithfreedom.com. We will launch an investigation with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue swiftly and ensure you get your replacement gear or refund without unnecessary delay.
