Promotions, Discount Codes, and Bundles: From time to time, we may offer promotional offers, multi-buy bundle deals, or discount codes (including, but not limited to, our new customer 10% sign-up discount). Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Run With Freedom, all promotions, discount codes, and special bundle pricing cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with one another.
For example, if you purchase a promotional "Buy 2 Vests" bundle deal, no additional discount codes, welcome offers, or automated cart discounts can be applied to that transaction. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any orders where multiple discounts have been incorrectly combined at checkout.
Single Transaction Requirement: Multi-buy discounts, bundle pricing, and promotional offers apply strictly to qualifying items purchased together within a single checkout transaction. Bundle promotions cannot be applied retroactively to separate orders, past purchases, or items purchased across multiple distinct transactions.
5. Products, Services, and Return Costs
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our standalone Refund Policy.
Statutory Right to Cancel: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Standard Return Shipping Costs: Other than products that are covered under a specific product guarantee or are proven to be fundamentally faulty, the cost of returning products to us is strictly at the cost of the buyer. If you are cancelling your order, returning an item because you do not want it, or returning it due to a change of mind, you must cover all return shipping charges. We will only provide pre-paid return labels or cover return postage costs if an item is under guarantee or officially deemed faulty.
Returns and Refunds on Bundled Items: If you purchase items as part of a promotional bundle or multi-buy offer (such as a "Buy 2 Vests for £39.99" deal) and choose to return only a portion of the bundle, your refund will be calculated as a partial refund.
When a multi-buy bundle is broken by a partial return, any items you choose to keep revert to their original, full individual retail price (Standard Single Vest retail price: £29.99). Your partial refund will consist solely of the difference between the total bundle price paid and the full individual retail price of the item(s) you retain.
Example of Partial Refund Calculation:
• You purchase 2 Vests on a bundle deal for £39.99.
• You return 1 Vest and keep 1 Vest.
• The 1 Vest you keep reverts to its full retail price of £29.99.
• Your total refund will be exactly £10.00 (£39.99 bundle price paid minus the £29.99 price of the retained vest), less any original shipping fees where applicable.
To receive a full 100% refund for a bundle deal, all items included within that specific bundle must be returned together in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Partial Return Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise specified in our standard Refund Policy, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping charges associated with processing a partial bundle return. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. All shipments are subject to our standalone Shipping Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.
6. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
7. Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
