How to use
Each Purendure Energy Pouch packs a punch with 25g+ of carbohydrate goodness. For peak running performance aim to consume 1–3 pouches every 60 minutes to hit that 60–90g of carbohydrates your body can absorb per hour. Just unscrew the top and squeeze.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once open, pop in the fridge and consume within 48 hours.
Once finished, the pouches, lid included, can be easily recycled through most kerbside schemes across the UK.
